1. La Chambre des recours pénale statue sur les recours dirigés contre les actes de procédure et contre les décisions non sujettes à appel rendues par
a. les tribunaux de première instance ;
b. la police, le Ministère public et les autorités pénales compétentes en matière de contravention ;
c. le Tribunal des mesures de contrainte dans les cas prévus par le CPP [L] ;
d. le juge d'application des peines selon la loi sur l'exécution des peines.
2. En principe, les membres de la juridiction de recours ne peuvent pas statuer en révision dans la même affaire.
