Art. 30 LPrD · Décision du responsable du traitement

1. Pour toute demande fondée sur la présente loi, notamment sur les articles 25 à 29, le responsable du traitement rend une décision comprenant les motifs l'ayant conduit à ne pas y donner suite.

2. Le responsable du traitement adresse une copie de sa décision au Préposé.
