Art. 8 LDCV · Devoir de collaboration
1. Dans les cas visés à l'article 3 alinéa 1 chiffre 3 et chiffre 4 lettres a à d, le requérant est tenu
a. de fournir tout document nécessaire que l'autorité compétente lui demandera ;
b. de fournir des indications exactes et complètes sur les éléments déterminants pour la naturalisation ;
c. d'informer immédiatement l'autorité compétente de tout changement déterminant pour la naturalisation.
2. Si une de ces obligations n'est pas respectée, l'autorité pourra statuer en l'état du dossier et, cas échéant, rendre une décision négative.
3. Dans le cas de l'article 3 alinéa 1 chiffre 4 lettres e et f, la personne intéressée est tenue de fournir les indications exactes et complètes sur les éléments déterminants
