Artikel 12 Verordnung über Geoinformation (Kantonale Geoinformationsverordnung, kGeoIV) - Geoinformationssystem Uri

1. Die Lisag AG führt zum Vollzug des Geoinformationsrechts das elektronische Geoinformationssystem Uri (GIS Uri).

2. Das GIS Uri umfasst für das Kantonsgebiet

a) die Geobasisdaten des Bundesrechts, bei denen das Bundesrecht die Zuständigkeit des Kantons vorsieht

b) die Geobasisdaten des Kantons-, Gemeinde- und Korporationsrechts gemäss Artikel 11

c) weitere Geodaten, die der Regierungsrat zum Inhalt des GIS Uri erklärt
