Art. 5 LPA

1 Sulla base della dichiarazione di concordanza, il tecnico riconosciuto certifica l’avvenuto collaudo delle misure di protezione antincendio.

2 L’autorizzazione d’uso della costruzione può essere concessa solo se il certificato di collaudo antincendio è stato rilasciato.
