[22] 1 La procedura di ricorso come pure quella di revisione e di interpretazione sono gratuite.
2 La parte o il suo rappresentante che agisce in modo temerario o in mala fede può essere condannata a una multa sino a 1’500 franchi, nonché al pagamento di una tassa di giustizia secondo l’art. 30 della Legge sulla tariffa giudiziaria e delle spese.
