Claimant Denied Accident Coverage for Hip Prosthesis Rupture While Exiting Car
This article (inferred from the context of an appeal decision, although not explicitly cited in the dispositive number 3 regarding the right to appeal to the Federal Tribunal) is usually the basis for the ruling on the appeal itself (the rejection in point 1 implies the application of procedural rules for the review of the substance, but since the dispositive only explicitly cites procedural/cost rules related to the appeal to the next instance, we prioritize those explicitly mentioned in the ruling based on the strict instructions.)
