§ 3 Landwirtschaftsgesetz · Fördermassnahmen

1. Fördermassnahmen bestehen darin, dass der Kanton

1. Projekte anregt, befristet begleitet und kontrolliert,

2. Personal oder Infrastruktur zur Verfügung stellt,

3. Staatsbeiträge gewährt oder

4. in anderer Form im Interesse der Land- und Hauswirtschaft tätig wird.
