§ 8 Familienzulagengesetz, TG FamZG · Auflösungen, Zusammenschlüsse, Kassenwechsel
1. Auflösungen oder Zusammenschlüsse von Familienausgleichskassen bedürfen der Genehmigung des Departementes.
2. Für den Kassenwechsel sind die Bestimmungen der AHV-Gesetzgebung sinngemäss anwendbar.
