§ 52 TG KVV · Spitalliste
1. Die vom Regierungsrat erlassene Spitalliste gliedert sich in die Bereiche Akutsomatik, Rehabilitation und Psychiatrie, die jeweils in Leistungsbereiche und Leistungsgruppen unterteilt sind.
2. Rechtskräftige Entscheide der Interkantonalen Vereinbarung über die hochspezialisierte Medizin gelten übergeordnet. Die Spitalliste wird aufgrund der rechtskräftigen Entscheide des Beschlussorgans nachgeführt.
3. Mit der Spitalplanung ist eine Konzentration der Leistungsaufträge und Standorte anzustreben.
