§ 32 TG KVV · Zuständigkeit

1. Die kantonale Durchführungsstelle ist für die Festsetzung, Auszahlung und allfällige Rückforderung der Restfinanzierungsbeiträge für stationäre Pflegeleistungen im Pflegeheim zuständig.

2. Der Kanton trägt die Kosten der kantonalen Durchführungsstelle.
