§ 1 Verordnung zur eidgenössischen Rohrleitungsgesetzgebung (RLV) - Zuständigkeit
Allgemeine Bestimmungen
§ 1 RLV · Zuständigkeit
1. Der Regierungsrat ist zuständig für besondere Regelungen nach § 10 dieser Verordnung.
2. Das Departement für Bau und Umwelt vertritt bei Rohrleitungsanlagen, die dem Bundesrecht unterstehen, die kantonalen Interessen gegenüber den Bundesbehörden. Es ist zuständig für die Erteilung der Bewilligung für Bau und Betrieb von Rohrleitungsanlagen gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 des Bundesgesetzes über Rohrleitungsanlagen zur Beförderung flüssiger oder gasförmiger Brenn- oder Treibstoffe.
3. Im Übrigen wird der Vollzug dem Amt für Umwelt übertragen. Es bezeichnet die gemäss Art. 4 Abs. 3 der Rohrleitungssicherheitsverordnung (RLSV) zuständige Behörde.
