§ 23 PBG · Gestaltungsplan
1. Der Gestaltungsplan dient je nach Zielsetzung der architektonisch guten, auf die bauliche und landschaftliche Umgebung und die besonderen Nutzungsbedürfnisse abgestimmten Bebauung, Verdichtung oder Erneuerung sowie der angemessenen Ausstattung mit Anlagen zur Erschliessung oder im Nichtbaugebiet in der Regel der Landschaftsgestaltung. Die zonengemässe Nutzungsart darf nicht geändert werden.
