§ 23 PBV · Unterniveaubauten
1. Unterniveaubauten dürfen mit Ausnahme der Erschliessung das massgebende Terrain und bei Abgrabungen das tiefer gelegte Terrain, gemessen in der Fassadenflucht zwischen massgebendem Terrain und der darüber hinausragenden Decke der Unterniveaubaute (Mass f gemäss Figur 2.5 Anhang 2 IVHB), um nicht mehr als 1.00 m überschreiten.
