§ 16 PBV · Abbauzonen
1. Abbauzonen umfassen Gebiete, die der Gewinnung von Bodenmaterialien aller Art dienen.
2. Bauten und Anlagen sind zulässig, wenn sie zur Gewinnung oder Verarbeitung des vor Ort gewonnenen Materials notwendig sind. Sie werden nur befristet bewilligt und sind nach beendetem Abbau durch den Gesuchsteller oder den Eigentümer zu entfernen.
3. Abbaugebiete sind in der Regel nach Vorgaben eines Gestaltungsplans etappiert abzubauen und fachgerecht zu rekultivieren.
4. Hat die Abbauzone ihren Zweck erfüllt, ist das Abbaugebiet einer sachgerechten Zone zuzuweisen.
