§ 1 PBV · Zuständiges Departement, Fachstelle
1. Das Departement für Bau- und Umwelt ist zuständiges Departement im Sinne des Gesetzes.
2. Das Amt für Raumentwicklung ist Fachstelle im Sinne von Art. 31 des Bundesgesetzes über die Raumplanung (Raumplanungsgesetz, RPG) sowie kantonale Aufsichtsbehörde gemäss Art. 15 des Bundesgesetzes über Zweitwohnungen (Zweitwohnungsgesetz, ZWG).
