§ 85 KV · Steuerhoheit

1. Der Kanton erhebt Steuern zur Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben.

2. Die politischen Gemeinden und die Schulgemeinden haben das Recht, Steuern in Form von Zuschlägen zu den Hauptsteuern zu erheben.
