§ 84 KV · Inhalt

1. Dem Kanton stehen zur ausschliesslichen wirtschaftlichen Nutzung zu

1. Jagd;

2. Fischerei;

3. Bergbau und Lagerung von Stoffen im Erdinnern;

4. Erdwärme;

5. Salzhandel.

2. Er kann die Nutzung übertragen.

3. Bestehende Privatrechte bleiben vorbehalten.
