§ 67 KV · Arbeit, sozialer Friede

1. Der Kanton trifft Vorkehren zur Vermeidung von Arbeitslosigkeit und sorgt für die Linderung ihrer Folgen.

2. Er sorgt für die Berufsberatung und Arbeitsvermittlung. Er fördert die berufliche Weiterbildung und hilft bei der Umschulung mit.

3. Er kann zwischen den Sozialpartnern vermitteln.
