§ 45 KV · Finanzbefugnisse

1. Der Regierungsrat unterbreitet den Voranschlag und führt die Staatsrechnung. Er verwaltet die Staatsfinanzen.

2. Er beschliesst über die Aufnahme von Krediten oder Darlehen und über Erwerb oder Veräusserung von dinglichen Rechten an Grundstücken bis zu Fr. 500'000.

3. Er beschliesst über neue einmalige Ausgaben bis zu Fr. 100'000 und über neue jährlich wiederkehrende Ausgaben bis zu Fr. 20'000.
