§ 42 KV · Verhältnis zum Grossen Rat

1. Die Mitglieder des Regierungsrates nehmen an den Sitzungen des Grossen Rates mit beratender Stimme teil.

2. Der Regierungsrat kann Anträge stellen.

3. Er unterbreitet dem Grossen Rat in dessen Auftrag oder von sich aus den Entwurf zu Erlassen oder Beschlüssen.

4. Für Äusserungen im Grossen Rat oder in dessen Kommissionen können die Mitglieder des Regierungsrates nicht belangt werden.
