§ 20 KV · Volkswahlen
1. Das Volk wählt
1. die Mitglieder des Grossen Rates;
2. die Mitglieder des Regierungsrates;
3. die Ständeräte;
4. die Präsidenten, Mitglieder und Ersatzmitglieder der Bezirksgerichte;
5. * ...
6. * die Friedensrichter.
2. Das Gesetz kann weitere Wahlen durch das Volk vorsehen.
3. Wahlkreis ist
1. der Bezirk für die Mitglieder des Grossen Rates;
2. der Kanton für die Mitglieder des Regierungsrates und des Ständerates;
3. das Amtsgebiet in den übrigen Fällen.
4. Der Grosse Rat wird nach dem Verhältnisverfahren gewählt. Bei allen anderen Wahlen gilt das Mehrheitsverfahren.
