§ 3 GesG · Zusammenarbeit
1. Der inner- und interkantonalen Zusammenarbeit ist besondere Beachtung zu schenken.
2. Der Kanton und die Gemeinden können beim Vollzug dieses Gesetzes mit anderen öffentlich-rechtlichen Körperschaften, öffentlich-rechtlichen oder privaten Institutionen, Organisationen und Einrichtungen sowie mit weiteren Personen zusammenarbeiten.
