§ 15 Gesetz über das kantonale Strafrecht und die Einführung des Schweizerischen Strafgesetzbuches · Gefährdung durch Ausführung von Bauarbeiten
1. Wer da, wo eine Gefahr besteht, Sicherheits- und Warnvorrichtungen, wie Warnungszeichen bei Dachreparaturen und dergleichen, nicht anbringt und dadurch Personen gefährdet,
2. wer Gas-, Wasser- und Elektrizitätseinrichtungen fehlerhaft und nicht vorschriftsgemäss ausführt und dadurch Personen gefährdet,
3. wird mit Haft oder Busse bestraft.
4. Die Änderung der fehlerhaften Einrichtung auf Kosten des Schuldigen kann im Urteil angeordnet werden.
