§ 10 Gesetz über das kantonale Strafrecht und die Einführung des Schweizerischen Strafgesetzbuches · Feldfrevel
1. Wer nicht eingesammelte Feld- oder Gartenfrüchte oder Futter im Wert von nicht mehr als 10 Franken entwendet, wird auf Antrag mit Busse bestraft.
2. Übersteigt der Wert der entwendeten Früchte oder des Futters den Betrag von 10 Franken, so wird die Tat nach den Bestimmungen über Diebstahl oder Entwendung bestraft.
3. Hat der Täter aus Not gehandelt, so kann der Richter von einer Bestrafung Umgang nehmen.
