Art. 63 KV · Öffentlichkeit

1. Die Beratungen des Kantonsrates und des Regierungsrates sind öffentlich, soweit schützenswerte private oder öffentliche Interessen nicht entgegenstehen.

2. Das Gesetz regelt das Recht auf Einsichtnahme in amtliche Akten.
