§ 8 Verordnung über Ergänzungsleistungen zur AHV und IV · Versicherung mit wählbaren Franchisen
1. Wird eine Versicherung mit höherer Franchise nach Art. 93 der Verordnung über die Krankenversicherung (KVV) gewählt, so wird eine Kostenbeteiligung von höchstens Fr. 1'000.00 pro Jahr vergütet.
