1. Das Baudepartement ist zuständig für
a) die Bewilligung von Bau, Änderung und Betrieb von Hafen-, Umschlags- und Landungsanlagen
b) die Bezeichnung von Landestellen für Fahrgastschiffe
c) die Bewilligung von Liegeplätzen für Schiffe
d) den Entscheid über Art und Standort der Schifffahrtszeichen sowie deren Errichtung
2. Sie handelt dabei im Einvernehmen mit dem Schifffahrtsamt, der Fischereiaufsicht sowie den zuständigen ausländischen und ausserkantonalen Behörden.
