Art. 8 Vollziehungsverordnung-AIG · Rechtsschutz

1. Das Rechtsmittelverfahren gegen Verfügungen der zuständigen Behörde richtet sich nach dem Gesetz über den Rechtsschutz in Verwaltungssachen, soweit durch Gesetz oder Verordnung kein anderes Verfahren bestimmt wird.
