1. Die Rechtsvertretung gibt in der Honorarnote die Berechnungsgrundlagen und die angewendeten Bestimmungen dieses Erlasses an.

2. Bei einer Honorarbemessung nach Zeitaufwand weist die Rechtsvertretung Art und Umfang ihrer Bemühungen im Einzelnen aus.
