II. Honorarbemessung - 4. Besondere Bestimmungen
Art. 28 HonO · Barauslagen a) effektiv
1. Zu den Barauslagen gehören insbesondere die Kosten für Fahrten, Versand, Telekommunikation und notwendige Kopien oder Scans.
2. Es können berechnet werden
a)* Fr. -.30 je Kopie oder Scan;
b) die Kosten des Bahnbillets 1. Klasse;
c) Fr. -.70 je Kilometer für die Benützung eines Personenwagens.
3. Die Kosten für Kopien eigener Eingaben, die Anschaffung von Fachliteratur und die Benützung juristischer Datenbanken werden durch das Honorar abgegolten.
