Art. 27 HonO · Unvollständiger Prozess

Wird der Prozess nicht vollständig durchgeführt oder erfolgt die Rechtsvertretung nicht während des ganzen Verfahrens, wird das Honorar angemessen gekürzt.

1ter

Im Zivilprozess beträgt das Honorar für einen Verfahrensabschnitt

a) im Schlichtungsverfahren für die Entschädigung der unentgeltlichen Rechtsvertretung bis zu 20 Prozent;

b) im Schriftenwechsel bis zu 75 Prozent;

c) in der mündlichen Verhandlung bis zu 50 Prozent;

d) im Rechtsmittelverfahren bis zu 90 Prozent.

2. In anderen Verfahren wird das Honorar für einen unvollständigen Prozess angemessen gekürzt.

3. Die Mehrkosten des Wechsels der Rechtsvertretung trägt die Mandantschaft.
