Art. 26 HonO · Rechtsmittelverfahren in Zivil- und Strafsachen
1. Wird das Honorar nach dem Streitwert oder als Pauschale bemessen, beträgt es für das Rechtsmittelverfahren
a) im schriftlichen Verfahren 20 bis 50 Prozent;
b) im Verfahren mit mündlicher Verhandlung 40 bis 75 Prozent.
2. Im Zivilprozess werden Zuschläge im Rechtsmittelverfahren auf dem Grundhonorar berechnet.
