Art. 22 HonO · Verwaltungsverfahren und Verwaltungsrechtspflege
1. Das Honorar beträgt pauschal
a) vor Verwaltungsbehörden Fr. 500.- bis Fr. 6000.-;
b)* vor Verwaltungsgericht, Verwaltungsrekurskommission und Versicherungsgericht Fr. 1'500.- bis Fr. 15'000.-;
c)* vor der Einzelrichterin oder dem Einzelrichter im Verwaltungsjustizverfahren Fr. 1'000.- bis Fr. 7'500.-.
2. In aussergewöhnlich aufwendigen Fällen kann das Honorar um bis zu 100 Prozent erhöht werden.
3. Art. 98 des Gesetzes über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege bleibt vorbehalten.
