Art. 20 HonO · Familienrecht a) im Allgemeinen
1. In Familiensachen beträgt das Honorar pauschal
a)* für Ehescheidung, Ehetrennung und Auflösung der eingetragenen Partnerschaft Fr. 1'500.- bis Fr. 10'000.-;
b)* für Vaterschaft, Kindesunterhalt, Verwandtenunterstützung, Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz und Abänderung eines Entscheids Fr. 1'000.- bis Fr. 7'500.-;
c)* für Eheschutz und vorsorgliche Massnahmen sowie deren Abänderung Fr. 1'000.- bis Fr. 7'500.-.

3. In aussergewöhnlich aufwendigen Fällen kann das Honorar um höchstens 50 Prozent erhöht werden.
