Art. 2 HonO · Verbindlichkeit

1. Dieser Erlass bindet das Gericht, die Behörde und die Rechtsvertretung.

2. Die zugesprochene Entschädigung bindet die Rechtsvertretung nicht, wenn das Gesetz keine volle Entschädigung vorsieht.

3. Die Rechtsvertretung kann mit ihrer Mandantschaft durch Einzelabrede und unter Hinweis auf die Bestimmungen dieses Erlasses eine andere Bemessung der Entschädigung vereinbaren.
