Art. 10 HonO · Honorar der unentgeltlichen Rechtsvertretung in Familien- und Strafsachen sowie der amtlichen Verteidigung
1. Das Honorar der unentgeltlichen Rechtsvertretung in Familien- und Strafsachen sowie der amtlichen Verteidigung wird grundsätzlich als Pauschale bemessen.
2. In aussergewöhnlich aufwendigen Fällen kann das Honorar um höchstens 50 Prozent erhöht werden.
3. Besteht zwischen dem erweiterten Honorar und den notwendigen Bemühungen der Rechtsvertretung ein offensichtliches Missverhältnis, kann das Honorar nach Zeitaufwand bemessen werden.
