1. Die Anwaltskammer veröffentlicht eine Mitteilung über eine Disziplinarmassnahme oder eine Massnahme gegen Dritte im kantonalen Amtsblatt, wenn ein überwiegendes öffentliches Interesse es erfordert.

2. Ein dauerndes Berufsausübungsverbot wird in der Regel veröffentlicht.
