IV. Honorar
Art. 31 AnwG · b) Bemessung
1. Das Honorar bemisst sich nach Art und Umfang der Bemühungen, nach der Schwierigkeit des Falles und nach dem Streitwert.
2. Es berücksichtigt die wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse der Beteiligten.
3. Das Honorar nach Abs. 1 dieser Bestimmung wird bei unentgeltlicher Prozessführung oder amtlicher Verteidigung um einen Fünftel herabgesetzt.
