Art. 30 AnwG · Honorarordnung a) Anwendungsbereich
1. Die staatliche Honorarordnung wird angewendet für Vorbereitung und Durchführung eines Verfahrens
a) des Zivil- oder des Strafprozesses;
b) der Verwaltungsrechtspflege, wenn
1. ein Gericht zuständig ist oder wenn ein gesetzlicher Anspruch auf Ersatz der ausseramtlichen Kosten besteht;
2. die unentgeltliche Verbeiständung bewilligt ist.
