Art. 1 AnwG · Geltungsbereich

1. Dieses Gesetz regelt den Beruf des Rechtsanwalts und des Rechtsagenten.

2. Die Bestimmungen dieses Erlasses über den Rechtsanwalt werden auf den Rechtsagenten sachgemäss angewendet, soweit es für diesen keine besonderen Bestimmungen enthält.

3. Die Bestimmungen des Bundesgesetzes über die Freizügigkeit der Anwältinnen und Anwälte vom 23. Juni 2000 über die Berufsregeln und die Disziplinaraufsicht werden auf den Rechtsagenten und die Beratungs- und Beurkundungstätigkeit des Rechtsanwalts sachgemäss angewendet.
