Art. 6 RekV · Kostenlosigkeit

1. Hilfebedürftigen Personen werden in Angelegenheiten der persönlichen Sozialhilfe in der Regel keine Kosten auferlegt.

2. Davon ausgenommen sind Verfahren, die in trölerischer Absicht geführt werden.
