Art. 97bis VRP · e) Ausnahmen
1. Keine amtlichen Kosten werden erhoben
a) im Beschwerdeverfahren betreffend fürsorgerische Unterbringung, wenn sich der Betroffene in ungünstigen wirtschaftlichen Verhältnissen befindet;
b)* bei personalrechtlichen Klagen und Beschwerden bis zu einem Streitwert von Fr. 30'000.-;
c)* im Bewilligungsverfahren betreffend die Errichtung von Anlagen zur Erzeugung neuer erneuerbarer Energie.
2. Vorbehalten bleiben die Bestimmungen von Art. 95 Abs. 2 dieses Gesetzes.
