Art. 96 VRP · c) Vorschüsse
1. Die Behörde kann einen Kostenvorschuss verlangen.
2. Entspricht der Betroffene trotz Hinweis auf die Säumnisfolgen der Aufforderung nicht, so kann das Verfahren abgeschrieben werden oder die anbegehrte Amtshandlung unterbleiben, wenn nicht öffentliche Interessen entgegenstehen.
