Art. 88 VRP · Beschwerdefälle
1. Rechtsverweigerungsbeschwerde kann erhoben werden, soweit kein ordentliches Rechtsmittel gegeben ist oder offenstand.
2. Mit der Rechtsverweigerungsbeschwerde kann geltend gemacht werden, dass eine Behörde
a) sich weigere, eine vorgeschriebene Amtshandlung vorzunehmen oder sie ungerechtfertigt verzögere;
b) die Amtsgewalt missbraucht oder sich einer strafbaren Handlung oder Unterlassung schuldig gemacht habe;
c) bei Ausübung der Befugnisse sonst willkürlich gehandelt habe.
