1. Soweit dieser Abschnitt nichts anderes bestimmt, richtet sich der Rekurs sachgemäss nach den Vorschriften des zweiten Teils dieses Gesetzes über das Verfahren vor den Verwaltungsbehörden.
2. Gegen Entscheide der Verwaltungsrekurskommission und des Versicherungsgerichtes sind Wiedererwägungsgesuche nicht zulässig.
