Art. 47 VRP · Rekursfristen
1. Der Rekurs kann innert vierzehn Tagen seit der Eröffnung der Verfügung oder des Entscheides eingereicht werden.
2. Rekurse gegen vorsorgliche Massnahmen und gegen Vollstreckungsmassnahmen sind innert fünf Tagen anzubringen.
3. Aus einer unrichtigen Rechtsmittelbelehrung erwächst den Betroffenen kein Nachteil.
