Art. 45 VRP · Rekursberechtigung
1. Zur Erhebung des Rekurses ist berechtigt, wer an der Änderung oder Aufhebung der Verfügung oder des Entscheids ein eigenes schutzwürdiges Interesse dartut.
2. Zur Wahrung öffentlicher Interessen steht das Rekursrecht auch der zuständigen Behörde einer öffentlich-rechtlichen Körperschaft oder einer selbständigen öffentlich-rechtlichen Anstalt zu.
