Art. 30 VRP · Zeitbestimmungen
1. Soweit dieser Erlass nichts anderes bestimmt, finden die Bestimmungen der Schweizerischen Zivilprozessordnung vom 19. Dezember 2008 über die gerichtliche Vorladung, die Form der Zustellung, die Fristen und die Wiederherstellung sachgemässe Anwendung.
2. Die Gerichtsferien gelten nicht
a) im Verfahren vor den Verwaltungsbehörden;
b) im Beschwerdeverfahren nach dem Einführungsgesetz zur Bundesgesetzgebung über das Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzrecht vom 24. April 2012;
c) im Beschwerdeverfahren nach dem Einführungsgesetz zur Gesetzgebung über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen;
d)* in Fällen, die der Gerichtspräsident dringlich erklärt;
e)* im Rekurs- und Beschwerdeverfahren nach dem Steuergesetz vom 9. April 1998;
f)* in Verfahren nach Art. 60 dieses Gesetzes.
3. Die Beteiligten werden auf die Ausnahmen nach Abs. 2 Bst. b bis f dieser Bestimmung hingewiesen.
