Art. 26 VRP · c) öffentliche Bekanntmachung
1. Verfügungen werden durch Veröffentlichung im amtlichen Publikationsorgan eröffnet, wenn der Betroffene unbekannten Aufenthaltes ist und keinen Vertreter mit Wohnsitz oder Sitz in der Schweiz hat oder wenn er im Ausland Wohnsitz oder Sitz hat und keine Zustelladresse bezeichnet.
2. Ist die gleiche Verfügung an eine grössere Zahl von Personen oder an nicht einzeln bestimmte Personen gerichtet, ist sie durch öffentliche Bekanntmachung zu eröffnen.
